Hi, I’m Adrian.
I’m a trained therapist and counsellor—but more importantly, I’m someone who’s been through it. I know what it feels like to carry the weight of the world on your shoulders, to stay silent, to think “I’m a man, I don’t need to talk to anyone.”
For a long time, that was me. I kept things locked inside, pretending I was fine—until I couldn’t anymore. It took strength I didn’t know I had to finally open up. But once I did, things started to shift. I found my voice. I found healing. And now, I’ve made it my mission to help others do the same.
That’s why I created Talk2Pompey—a space where you don’t have to pretend. Where it’s okay not to be okay. Whether you’re feeling low, anxious, lost, or just need someone to really listen—I’m here. No judgment. No pressure. Just someone who gets it.
Because sometimes, the first step to healing is simply being heard.
